Richard Stonehouse
Richard brings 18 years' experience across all real estate asset classes. Having spent time in the European markets, Richard latterly led the Residential Capital Markets teams at JLL and Avison Young UK, forging a deep understanding and exemplary track record within the MFH / SFH BTR, Affordable, Extra Care, Later Living, Co-Living and Tenanted Investment sectors. His specialisms extend to transaction structuring and all manner of living sector investments, joint ventures and funding.
Pete Day
Pete has worked within the UK real estate markets for nearly 20 years, focussing on residential led development and investment across the BTR, Affordable Housing and Later Living sectors. Drawing on his experience in senior roles at JLL, Henley Investments and Avison Young, Pete leads on Victus' Affordable Housing consultancy and investment projects. Pete's track record includes innovative Affordable Housing tenure concepts, nuanced lease-based Affordable Housing investments (specialised supported living, temporary and emergency, income strips etc.) as well as private rented (PRS) and BTR MFH.
Marco Belvedere
Marco leads on Victus' cashflow modelling, financial evaluation and underwriting. Marco has been working within the real estate sector for nearly 5 years and brings European experience into his analysis of all living sector investment opportunities. Marco joined Victus from the Residential Capital Markets team at CBRE Milan and speaks fluent Italian and English.
John Totman
John has spent 6 years in the real estate sector, with nearly 5 of those being focused on residential capital markets. Having spent the majority of his career at Avison Young, John has predominantly worked on BTR funding and joint venture deals as well as PRS transactions. In the past 3 years John has had a particular focus on SFH, advising developers and investors on funding and investment transactions.

Why did we set up Victus?
Richard and Pete shared a vision to create the first real estate investment advisory business focused entirely on the Living Sectors in the UK. Out of that vision Victus was born.

Our Soho HQ is testament to our ambition to disrupt. We have a cinema screening room to launch real estate investment deals and to pitch our services to prospective clients! We have a private members piano and jazz bar on the ground floor which offers clients an exclusive, vibrant and cool Soho hang out when they visit. The environment we choose to work in is different to other real estate practices but it speaks to our desire to be different across everything we do.
